Description: The internationally renowned Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company of Salt Lake City, Utah, will be in a 3-day residency at the University of Georgia Department of Dance as part of their 2012 Southern US Tour. A variety of master classes will be available to dance students during the residency, as well as Lecture Demonstrations that will be open to the public on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 11:00-12:15 and 12:30-1:45 PM. A concert performance will culminate the residency on Wednesday, Oct. 17, held at the Department of Dance New Dance Theatre at 8 p.m. The concert will feature choreography by internationally recognized artists Karole Armitage, Ann Carlson, Larry Keigwin and Charlotte Boye-Christensen.
