“Education and Democracy in the 21 st Century,” Nel Noddings, Jacks Professor of Education, Emerita, Stanford University.She is the author of seventeen books including: Caring: A Feminine Approach to Ethics and Moral Education, The Challenge to Care in Schools, Educating for Intelligent Belief or Unbelief, and Philosophy of Education. Her new book, Education and Democracy in the 21st Century is due out in January 2013.
