The UGA Performing Arts Center will host world-renowned pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii as a part of its Masterworks classical music series. Tsujii will perform at the Hodgson Concert Hall on Thursday, March 19 at 8 p.m. Blind since birth, Nobuyuki Tsujii captured the attention of the world when he won the Gold Medal at the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in 2009. During the competition, the 'Dallas Morning News' wrote, “It is almost beyond imagining that he has learned scores as formidable as Rachmaninov’s Second Piano Concerto by ear.”
