A mind/body fitness class that uses interactive poses - no yoga experience necessary.Register at the Ramsey Cashier's Window, weekdays 9 a.m.-6 p.m.At least one partner must be a Ramsey Member, non-Members can purchase a Guest Pass.What to wear: comfortable, breathable clothes (shoes are not required to participate). Yoga mats are provided.
