Hello! I am currently looking for someone to foster my dog, Charlie, this upcoming August – February. I am a graduate student and will be pursuing a research opportunity abroad that prevents me from bringing Charlie along.

Charlie is a 3 year old hound mix who is sweet, very smart, and loves to play. He would do best with someone who loves animals, has experience with dogs, and can provide a lot of structure. Since I rescued him 2 years ago he has shown some signs of resource guarding around other dogs (perfect with all size and shape humans) but we have been working diligently with a trainer to resolve these issues.

If you or someone you know may be interested in caring for him while I am away, please contact me. I prefer someone in Athens, GA or Jacksonville, FL but am open to the perfect home in other places. Compensation is possible but will need to be discussed.
