Cop under fire for giving cyclist arguing ticket
A Los Angeles Police Officer is under investigation after a YouTube video went viral showing him pulling over and ticketing a bicyclist with little cause on a Venice Beach bike path.
During the incident, the cyclist turns on his helmet camera and records the confrontation.
The video shows the bicyclist, who identifies himself at 34-year-old Chris Jackson of Venice, telling the motorcycle officer he was blocking the popular bike-only path.
