ET is behind the scenes with reality star Vienna Girardi for her first photo shoot after her nose job and "The Bachelor" winner can't wait to share her new look with the world!
It's only been a few weeks since Vienna's surgery, but already she considers the procedure a rousing success . "I'm not fully recovered, it's still a little swollen and I'm in a little bit of pain still. But it's only been two weeks, so it'll just keep getting prettier with time, the doctor says. But I am very happy with the results so far."
